Where is delivery available?

At present we only deliver in the Auckland area but are exploring options for nationwide delivery. You are also able to pick up your order. We will call or email you to arrange a suitable collection time, we are located on the Auckland's North Shore.

When is delivery available?

General delivery is available from Tuesday - Saturday, and for special events (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) You can nominate a preferred time frame for delivery in the 'notes for vendor' field in Paypal and we will do our best to comply. If a specific delivery time is required, please do let us know before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Weddings and major events can be catered any day of the week, please Contact Us to discuss or to arrange a consultation.

How do you ensure safe delivery?

We pack your cupcakes in quality cake boxes with a sturdy insert that separates each cupcake to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Your cupcakes will be carefully delivered by one of our specialist delivery team.

How can I purchase Delish Cupcakes?  What payment types are accepted?

If you wish to pay by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX (including Visa Debit Card), you can order online by visiting our menu and using our online shopping cart. Your payment will be processed securely by Paypal who will also collect your delivery details. We also accept standard Paypal payments. Alternatively, you may email us your order and pay by direct deposit or internet banking, and we will begin once we have recieved payment. We will acknowledge your order within 24 hours. You are welcome to call us to discuss any special requirements - custom colours, designs and flavour combinations are available.

How do I use the Delish Cupcakes online shopping cart?

First go to our 'Menu' page. Select a category, and peruse the cupcakes available. When you find a cupcake you wish to order, select the quantity you would like from the drop down box, and click the big pink button labelled 'Add these to my shopping cart'.

Once you have added an item to your shopping cart, a gray bar will appear on the site with two pink buttons and a total for your shopping cart so far. Just add as many different cupcakes as you would like to order in the same way, and when you are ready to review them and make payment online, just click the pink button labelled 'Go to Shopping Cart'. From here you can alter quantities, delete items altogether, select the appropriate shipping option for your location. When you are satisified, click on the yellow button labelled "Pay Now". From here, PayPal will securely collect your credit card details and process your payment on our behalf.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We require 3 days notice on all orders. Please note that if you are paying by direct debit we cannot ship until we have received confirmation of your payment. If your cupcakes are for a specific date please specify when you fill out your shipping details on Paypal or by emailing us after you have placed your order.

Is there a minimum I can order?

Cupcakes must be ordered in batches of 6. If you would like to purchase individual cupcakes, please see us at the markets.

Can I mix cupcake flavours?

Cupcakes must be ordered in batches of 6, so for example if you are ordering 1 dozen, you may order 2 flavours.

Can I customise my cupcakes?

Yes, pick your favourite colour, design or mix and match cakes and frostings which are available on our menu. Just let us know what you want and we can do our best to accommodate you. At this time any custom orders have to be sent by email, or discussed by phone.

How should I store my cupcakes?

Our cupcakes are packed as above in cake boxes. If you wish to store your cupcakes overnight we would suggest that you remove them from our cake boxes and store in an airtight container. We do not recommend refrigeration.

Do they freeze well?

None of our products have been frozen as we bake fresh to order, and we suggest you enjoy them staight away. We would not recommend that you freeze our cupcakes as this may alter the flavour and texture, particularly the frosting if frozen and thawed.
