Delish Cupcakes

What began as a cupcake obsession has turned into our exciting business.

Delish Cupcakes was founded by us – two besties, Kathryn Stoddart and Colleen Holden two years ago after praise from friends got us thinking about putting our baking abilities to good use. Starting at Markets, then our online shop. Our delivery service soon took off and we struggled to keep up with demand of our range of funky cupcakes.

Working corporate jobs by day in the IT and Insurance industries, we spent our nights moonlighting as Cupcake bakers leasing a commercial kitchen in the evening, baking cupcakes.

"It was our dream to open a cupcake store where people can come and enjoy our cupcakes one at a time or select from different daily flavours to take away to share, and we are chuffed to have opened our first store on the North Shore in friendly Forrest Hill where we bake thousands of cupcakes a week and sell out regularly.

We both work at the store full time, so you can meet us face to face when you pop in, or you can chat to us on facebook or twitter, where we love to keep everyone up to date with our latest cupcake news and keep in touch with our customers.

We're excited about bringing unique, vibrant cupcakes to Auckland and enjoy working with our clients, helping to bring their visions to life for their special occasions. We’re also enjoying sharing our passion with other avid cupcake lovers and are holding more Cupcake Classes.
