Delish Cupcakes

We would love to share some of our hints and tips with you and a group of your friends or colleagues.

So gather them together for a private Cupcake Class!  Or keep an eye out for our sessions for individuals. 

Classes are: $55 per person, are up to 2 hours and cover the following:

• Hints and Tips about Cupcake Baking
• Hints and tips on Fondant decorations
• Hints and tips on creating scrummy buttercream frosting
• Colouring and flavouring icing
• Piping Techniques, use of different Nozzles
• Lots of practice and guidance of piping different styles
• Once you're confident, you can unleash your newfound decorating skills onto 4 Cupcakes to take home with you at the end of the class
• A hints & tips sheet including Cupcake and Buttercream recipe to take away for further reference.

By the end of the class, you should be inspired to test out your new skills on your friends and family when you make your own creations at home, and because we teach you using basic methods and readily available ingredients, there will be no stopping you!

Booking a Class 

We are available to take Group bookings of 5 to 9 People. These are usually on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening. 

Individual classes are once or twice a month, and you can contact us to enquire about daytime classes for corporates. 

We've put available dates up on Ezybook. Its a very easy system, requiring you to set yourself up with a login if you want to book, then you're away.

Ezybook shows you at a glance which dates are available for bookings, whether you want to arrange a group of friends/family to have your own private booking, or if you'd like to head along to one of our open classes for individuals. 

Once you've booked, give us a call at the store with your credit card details, and we'll process your payment. Alternately, we can email you our bank details for internet banking. 

We are working on an online payment system for classes, but please bear with us in the meantime.
