Where is delivery available?

At present we only deliver in the Auckland area and would love to deliver further afield, however, we have been unable to source a reliable and cost effective courier for our super fragile & perishable product. 
You are also able to pick up your order from our North Shore store – 14-16 Raines Ave, Forrest Hill, North Shore. 

When is delivery available?

General delivery is available from Monday - Saturday, and for special events (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) 
Deliveries are dispatched from our store in the morning, and if a specific delivery time is required (ie, required for a morning tea at 10.30am), please do let us know before placing your order so we can confirm availability. 

How do you ensure safe delivery?

We pack your cupcakes in quality cake boxes with a sturdy insert that separates each cupcake to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Your cupcakes will be carefully hand delivered via an air-conditioned vehicle by one of our specialist delivery team.

How can I purchase Delish Cupcakes?  What payment types are accepted?

You can purchase in store, and pay via Cash, Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard.
If you order online, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX (including Visa Debit Card) via paypal.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We require 3 days notice on all orders. (Apart from if you’re just popping into our store to buy from our Daily Flavours in store) 
We try our best to accommodate last minute orders – we know that sometimes cupcake emergencies crop up, but the correct notice period helps us with our baking schedule and delivery plan.

Is there a minimum I can order?

Cupcakes for delivery must be ordered in batches of 6. If you would like to purchase individual cupcakes, please visit our store where we bake at least 6 different cupcakes per day. 

Can I customise my cupcakes?

Yes, pick your favourite colour, design or mix and match cakes and frostings which are available on our menu. Just let us know what you want and we can do our best to accommodate you. At this time any custom orders have to be sent by email, or discussed by phone.

How should I store my cupcakes?

Our cupcakes are packed as above in cake boxes. If you wish to store your cupcakes overnight we would suggest that you remove them from our cake boxes and store in an airtight container. We do not recommend refrigeration, as the cupcakes may dry out, and condensation may form on the icing upon thawing. 

Do they freeze well?

None of our products have been frozen as we bake fresh to order, and we suggest you enjoy them straight away. We would not recommend that you freeze our cupcakes as this may alter the flavour and texture, particularly the frosting if frozen and thawed.
